Recent data insights from the growing Seafarers community has revealed how the unique hotel-branded residences on offer are ushering forward a new era in apartment living, one that appeals to families of all ages and sizes, and helps downsizers realise their dreams of unimpeded apartment living.

Recent sales data has shown that more than 50 per cent of residents have reserved more than one apartment in the last quarter, purchasing additional homes for their extended family members in order to enjoy luxury apartment living, while still being able to host their loved ones under one roof.
