Brilliant from every angle

Situated on levels 9–18 of its striking, Nonda Katsalidis designed form, the boutique collection of 113 residences of Seafarers offer sweeping views from the Yarra River to Port Phillip Bay. Inspired both by the physical and historical nature of its riverfront setting, the buildings tripartite layering showcases the industrial heritage of Goods Shed No. 5, while amplifying the movement and reflection of the Yarra through the colour and geometries of its façade.

Riverlee and Fender Katsalidis share a passion for urban renewal projects that build on history, not over it. A passion exemplified by our multi-award winning partnership on the Jaques Bros. Foundry in Richmond—an industrial relic transformed into large, inner city residences of the highest quality.
